DELIVERIES

There are two available delivery options. The first is standard delivery which costs £3.95 and aims to deliver between 3 and 5 working days from the date of dispatch. The second is premium delivery which costs £4.95 and aims to deliver between 1 and 2 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note this excludes bank holidays and weekends.

Example; If you order with standard delivery on Wednesday and your order is dispatched the same day your goods will be delivered by the following Wednesday. If you order with premium delivery on Wednesday and your order is dispatched the same day your goods will be delivered by the Friday of the same week.

You will receive an e-mail confirming when your order has been dispatched so on occasions where it’s not dispatched the same day that you placed the order your goods will be delivered up to 1 day later.

If you order more than one item you will not be charged additionally for the delivery. However, the additional orders will be sent separately in separate packages and so will possibly not come at the same time. It should still be delivered within the stated timescale.

Order tracking is not available for Royal Mail deliveries, so please wait the full amount of time for your delivery to arrive.

Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature will always be required on receipt.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Please note if there are any industrial strikes by our delivering partners we cannot guarantee the delivery in the scheduled time stated by us.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

We would like to ensure your complete satisfaction with the items you have bought from this website. If however you wish to return an item(s) please e-mail us to let us know you will be returning it. Please send your e-mail to enquiries@littlemissshoe.co.uk.

We will only accept items that are not worn, not used and not damaged.
Please ensure we receive the goods back within 28 days of their original dispatch date.
For us to process your request it is essential that you also include a copy of your invoice.

Once your goods have been accepted your refund will be completed within 10 working days. Unless we have sent you incorrect, damaged or faulty goods we regret the cost of postage and packaging cannot be refunded to you.

We can only refund the card you originally used for payment.

You have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. If for any reason you wish to return your unworn/unused footwear, please send, along with your invoice, to:

Please send the shoes via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.

Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. Returns are free for UK customers. Please use the label on your delivery and returns note, enclosed with your goods.

If you have lost or damaged the label please e-mail us and we’ll issue you a new one.

You will need to ask for recorded delivery if you take the goods to the post office to be returned as we will not be held liable for items that we do not receive.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

A contract is formed between us when (and not before) we receive settlement of your credit/debit card payment. Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.

If you decide to cancel your order with Little Miss Shoe Ltd, you must let us know in writing [email is fine], quoting the order number.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging.

For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be thoroughly inspected on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
