Q: How long will my delivery take?
A: Standard delivery aims to achieve 3 to 5 days from dispatch

Premium delivery aims to achieve 1 to 2 days from dispatch


Q: Can I specify a day for delivery?
A: No, Sorry we do not offer this facility at present.


Q: I haven't received a confirmation email

A: an automated email would have been sent to the email address that was submitted. If a confirmation email is not received within 24 hours of the order being placed please e-mail us at enquiries@littlemissshoe.co.uk


Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: Little Miss Shoe accepts Visa Credit and debit, visa electron, JCB, MasterCard, Maestro and Paypal

Q: It's asking for asecurity code. Where can I find this?
A: The card security code is the last three digits on the signature strip on the reverse of the card.

Q: Can I pay with a cheque?

A: No, Unfortunately we do not accept cheques.


Q: How will my order be delivered?
A: All items are sent by recorded delivery. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.


Q: Can I specify a courier service?
A: No, unfortunately not.


Q: What are your delivery charges?
A: UK standard delivery £3.95 ( 3 to 5 days ), UK Premium delivery £4.95 ( 1 - 2 days )


Q: Are your delivery charges per item?

A: No - You can order as many items as you like and you'll only be charged for one.


Q: When will you take payment?
A: If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.


If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know why your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorise the payment.


Don't despair at this stage, because there may still be something simple that can be done to get the payment authorised. Please remember that even if a payment is not authorised, some card issuers may still reserve the money, meaning you can't use it for a short period.

 

Q: How many items can I order?
A: There is no limit! You are free to purchase as many item from Little miss shoe as you please.


Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately it isn't possible for you to amend items within your order once it has been placed and paid for. You can cancel an order if it’s within 30 minutes of placing it to avoid it being dispatched to you. You can cancel your order within 30 minutes by contacting us by e-mail to enquiries@littlemissshoe.co.uk.

Q: No one's ever at my house. Can I send to my work address?
A: Yes. You are able to specify an alternate address for delivery as long as it's signed for.


Q: How do I know if stock's available?

A: If the item you have ordered is unavailable or temporarily out of stock we will endeavour to contact you via email or telephone as soon as possible.


Q: How do I change the details of my Little Miss Shoe Account?

Once you have signed up, you'll be able to log into My Account anytime you want. This is where you go if you want to change your password, email address, delivery info and card details.
If you haven't visited us in a while, it's worth checking My Account to make sure all your details are up to date.
